IRAF mtools PACKAGE
The IRAF "mtools" package was written by Jack Baldwin for dealing with the tilted slits in MIKE spectra. It also includes a simple cosmic-ray zapper that works on the MIKE 2D images, before you extract the spectra. A README file and a link to a tar file with the programs is found below.
