How to restore guide star centering

If you can't center the guide star with the mouse, because it moves at the wrong angle, the readout of the rotator encoder angle may be wrong.
Check that the rotator encoder angle on the VANE screen corresponds to reality.
(You have to go out into the dome and look at the rotator position.)

Another symptom may be the failure of the active optics to converge,
or the shape of the image is not round.

If you are using mike, and the problem is with gcam3,
make sure you run mikeca.csh or mikecaloop.csh
